Took $800 to file my back taxes, but never did the work. Called Gary 100 times in the last 10 months, but he does not take my phone calls. Total fraud. don't go to these people.

I expected that a CPA would do a better job than the HR Block online do-it-yourself, but I was wrong. After waiting months for Tom to finish our taxes, getting the return just a few days before the deadline, I found that his work was full of errors including wrong social security number!!! The cost - $300. I redid the taxes myself and ended up getting a refund that was $1573 more than what Tom had figured.
