Incompetence sums it up. A comedy of errors and inattention led us to have to file an amended return because this placed missed inputting all our mortgage interest, some property tax and didn't understand the nature of HSAs, in spite of putting every possible statement in front of them, plus my own summary of what we had. This place was recommended to me. Big mistake. We will never be back. Intend to ask for a full refund of our tax prep fees.

i have been going to them for 15 yrs NEVER had any problems until they got new owners they absoultley don't have a CLUE as to what they are doing i would not recomend using them if u want your money they want to charge u a fee for getting back the next day it has been 5 days and still no check because they misspelled the names on my return so therefor the irs rejected it don't u think that would be the fist thing they did was check to make sure everything was correct ??? i am very disgusted with them .I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Wood Tax Advisory contracted local musician to perform at Christmas party. Pianist had turned down two other gigs that night, only to be cancelled three days before the party, too late to get another gig. Wood has been sent two invoices for one-half the contracted amount. Musician has not been paid.
