My review is as follows: I must say I was reading all the ratings of this company and there is not enough stars to rate them. I have to say I rate them a twelve.
I lost everything this year, my car, my house, my job. I too was referred to this company through other post co-workers who shared the same bad luck as I did this year. The warmth and compassion, this family has for those in need is outstanding. When all was done and finished, I asked what the fee was and they said whatever you can afford. Now that touched my heart and I insisted that I pay their fee after all this is a service that they do for us, not something that we should take for granted.
Then I look down the page and see someone so nasty as to say they are not nice people. I am sure that her comments were of no truth, but, just a ploy to try and direct people elsewhere. Person, you know who you are and all I can say is that, there is no truth to your statement and, G-d does not like ugly!. Kl Taxes I applaud you and you will be rewarded for your kindness. I vote "12" stars.
Also, I am not afraid to use my real name, because I am not hiding behind no one or nothing.

WE WERE REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY BY MANY OF MY EMPLOYEES. LIKE SO MANY PEOPLE YOU ARE AT FIRST NOT COMFORTABLE TO CHANGE COMPANIES. MY LAST COMPANY WE THOUGHT KNEW THE LAWS OF TAXES, BUT WE WERE WRONG. WE ARE SO GLAD WE CAME TO KL TAXES. THEY ARE THOROUGH, HONEST AND EXTREMELY POLITE.
WE NEEDED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY AND THEY ACTUALLY GAVE UP THEIR LUNCH TIME TO HELP US OUT, BECAUSE OF OUR CIRUMSTANCES. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, AND WE TOO, WILL REFER YOU TO OTHERS. MAY G-D BLESS YOU.

There is none better than KL Taxes. Once again, we were so pleased, William and I. They knew every LAW CHANGE FOR THE YEAR 2010. You cannot find a company more educated in the LAWS OF TAXES, especially with all the SHORT SALES, which this year we found ourselves in from last year. OUR HATS OF TO KL TAXES. What a preofessional working office. It was my first time visiting with this company and I will use them all the time now. Very professional and honest and efficient. Every person that works there knows exactly what they are doing and they do it with a smile and gratitude. This company is TEN STARS in my book.

How can you believe anyone with a name like "BIGMAC" You said they did a GREAT JOB, so make up your mind. They have never ever been rude in the 15 years we are using them. This an excellent business. It must be you that has a pesonality like a lemon,I am sorry with that name, (LOL) who can take you seriously.
But, hay look at the bright side they got rid of you and made room for a nice person, who does not *****, because your feelings were hurt, boo-hoo.

THIS IS TO BIGMAC WHO APPARENTLY HAS A BIG MOUTH, IF YOU DONT LIKE THE TRUTH AND CANT HANDLE IT THEN YOU SHOULD CALL THE OFFICE LIKE A REAL PERSON INSTEAD OF HIDING BEHIND A COMMENT. KL TAXES IS THE MOST REPUTABLE TAX BUSNINESS THERE IS THE SO CALLED OFFICE MANAGER THAT YOU THINK IS SO RUDE IS VERY NICE AND WILL NOT TOLERATE CROOKS LIKE YOU AND THEY TELL IT LIKE IT IS TO KEEP AWAY THE SCUM. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO KL TAXES FOR 6 YEARS NOW AND WOULD NOT TRUST ANYONE WITH MY TAXES. I was referred to KL Taxes last year and used their services. They did a great job on my taxes and got me quite a bit of money back.
However, his ****, who is the
****** ******, is extemely rude and is the reason I will not be using them in the future.
It's understandable that they are extraordinarily busy during this time of year but that is no reason to be nasty to your clients.
I guess they make enough money and don't feel the need to treat people with respect.
