I worked with Lou for about 15 years and never had a problem until two years ago. I just received a letter from the IRS that my 2006 taxes were not filed. After about 50 calls to Lou he has not returned any of my calls. Now we have to pay penalties and interest and Lou doesn't seem to care. Lou has all my records, so now I have to figure out what options I have to get them back. What a nightmare!!

this company sucks, they call and harrass you before the payment is even due. they come to your job, contact all references if you are two days late, trust me don't do it !!!
